Modeling Shape Modification
If you have a real part and an idea, our engineers can modify the shape with clay. After you confirm the modeling shape, we will make the composite molds and make the carbon fiber parts.
3D Scanning
We could 3D Scan a whole car or a part, then make the 3D drawing. And we could design or modify the shape from the drawing. And we can find most of the car models and make the 3D scan for our customers.
Prototype and Fitment Test
If you have a 3D drawing, we could make the ABS or Epoxy Tooling board. And we could test the fitment and then make the molds and carbon fiber parts.
CNC Metal Molds and Accessories
We have 4 CNC machines. We can make all kinds of custom Aluminum molds, steel molds and metal accessories.
Structural or Cosmetic Carbon Fiber or Fiberglass Parts
We have an experienced composite engineering team. We could make structural or cosmetic parts for you from your samples or drawings.
